Cinetopia x Edinburgh Short Film Festival Networking Night (free entry)

Join us for our October Film Networking Night in partnership with Edinburgh Short Film Festival!

Come along and connect with fellow film industry folks over drinks and informal chats, and find out more about the Edinburgh Short Film Festival 2024 edition on its opening night.

Join us for networking, join for short films, all together or just one aspect, your choice!

We'll start a bit earlier than normal, so you can join for networking first, then go to the ESFF opening night programme (paid tickets for this are found on their website - https://www.edinburghshortfilmfestival.com/buy-tickets-2/). Or afterwards if you prefer.

Our film networking events are all about building connections and community in the local film industry.

We have tables booked in the covered courtyard at Summerhall.

Don't worry, if it's not one of our driest days we'll communicate any plan-B venues / spaces.

All are welcome, you do not have to have attended the former event to pop along for our networking drinks!

It is free to attend and there is a cash bar available for drinks.

When and Where:

25th October September, from 6pm - 11 pm

SUMMERHALL: 1, Summerhall, Newington, Edinburgh EH9 1PL

*If you've not been to a Cinetopia Networking Night before, this is one of our regular nights for the general film industry to get together for a casual drink and/or chat. Started in 2018, we felt there would be a great need and opportunity to meet others across the city in the industry on a regular basis. Whether you are looking for your next gig or your next collaborator, we hope that these events will either help a bit in making those connections or merely just offer the chance to catch up with colleagues and crew members.

Please RSVP so we can let our hosts know how many to expect. If you have to cancel, please let us know so we can offer the space to someone else!

Cinetopia is a organisation that seeks to facilitate the opportunities for the Edinburgh-based film community to work, create, and connect. More info about of our film event offerings, go to www.cinetopia.co.uk
