Dear CIOPORA Members and Guests,

We invite you to register for The CIOPORA Academy Workshop Kunming 2025! This one-day event will take place on April 5, 2025 at the Hualuxe Kunming during the CIOPORA AGM Week 2025.

A few important things to note about this registration:

• This registration is for The CIOPORA Academy only. For AGM registration please visit: Member AGM Tickets, Other AGM Tickets.
  
• Please register one attendee at a time, providing only the attendee's information at the check-out.
• Any unforeseen amendments to the schedule of the event shall immediately be communicated to registered participants, and be updated on the CIOPORA Academy website.
• Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions that we'll ask you to accept in the registration process.
• Online participation is not possible. If you are interested in the video recording of the CIOPORA Academy Kunming lectures, please get in touch with the CIOPORA Academy team (Katrin Huhnholz/CIOPORA Academy Project Manager).

Deadline for registration: March 28, 2025

 The following conditions apply to cancellations of the CIOPORA Academy tickets by participants:

1. For cancellations within 30 days prior to the CIOPORA Academy Workshop, 25% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
2. Cancellations within 5 days prior to the CIOPORA AGM’s start date, are not refundable.
3. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Please bear in mind that the transaction fees (approximately 4% of the total) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. If the physical event is cancelled by CIOPORA, the registrants will be reimbursed according to points 1 - 2 above.
2. If the physical event is cancelled, anytime, due to “force majeure”, the provisions under Clause 7 / Force Majeure (see Terms and Conditions) apply.
