CIOPORA AGM 2025 (ACCOMPANYING PERSONS)

This registration offers tickets for individuals accompanying CIOPORA members to the event but are not themselves CIOPORA members, such as family or friends.

Dear CIOPORA guests,

We invite you to join CIOPORA at the upcoming CIOPORA Annual General Meeting & International Congress 2025 which will take place in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, from April 6 to 9.

Please read carefully before registering:

Ticket Details:

• Accompanying Persons Tickets include all evening functions during the CIOPORA AGM & International Congress. 
  • April 5: Welcome Reception with BBQ
  • April 6: AGM Dinner & Opening Ceremony 
  • April 7 and 8: Networking Dinner Bufet
  • April 9: Closing Reception 
• Accommodations are not included in the tickets and have to be booked by yourself. Please feel free to visit our website to find more information about the hotels, and to book your accommodation.
• This offer is for CIOPORA members only.

The following conditions apply to cancellations of the AGM tickets by participants:

1. All cancellation requests for the CIOPORA AGM tickets must be submitted in writing via email to info@ciopora.org. The date of the e-mail will be considered the date of cancellation.
2. For cancellations within 90 days prior to the CIOPORA AGM’s start date, CIOPORA AGM tickets may be cancelled without any penalties.
3. For cancellations within 60 days prior to the CIOPORA AGM’s start date, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
4. For cancellations within 30 days prior to the CIOPORA AGM’s start date, 25% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
5. Cancellations within 5 days prior to the CIOPORA AGM’s start date, are not refundable.
6. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
7. Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider (approximately 4% of the total) are non-refundable.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. In the event that CIOPORA must cancel the AGM due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to issues with the venue, governmental requirements, or failure to meet the minimum number of participants, a full refund of registration fees will be offered to all
   registered participants. CIOPORA will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
2. If the AGM is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond CIOPORA’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions, refund policies will be determined at CIOPORA’s discretion based on the specific
   situation.
3. In such a case, no liability can be charged to CIOPORA for the event cancellation or postponement. CIOPORA will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
4. CIOPORA will inform participants without delay of any subsequent circumstances.
