CIOPORA AGM 2026 (MEMBERS) - EARLY BIRD

This registration offers tickets for CIOPORA MEMBERS for the AGM 2026 in Alicante/Spain.

Please read carefully before registering:

Dear CIOPORA Members,

We are delighted to invite you to join us at the upcoming CIOPORA Annual General Meeting, which will take place in Alicante, Spain, from April 21 to 24, 2026. Ahead of the AGM, the optional CIOPORA Academy Workshop will be held on Monday, April 20.

It would be our great pleasure to have you with us at this important gathering.

Ticket Details:

• Each ticket provides access to the full CIOPORA AGM program. Please note that participation in the CIOPORA Academy is not included and can be booked separately (further details will follow).
• Accommodation is not part of the ticket package. Accommodation at the event venue is available at a special CIOPORA rate. For your convenience, a booking link will be published soon on the website. 
• Take advantage of our Early Bird rate: tickets are available at the reduced price of € 849 until January 30, 2026. After this date, the price will increase to € 999. 
• This ticket offer is exclusively available to CIOPORA members. Information about registration options for supporters, guests, and accompanying persons will be published soon on the AGM website. Stay tuned to the CIOPORA newsletters!

The following conditions apply to cancellations of the AGM tickets by participants:

1. Cancel before January 20, 2026 - receive full reimbursement.
2. Cancel between January 21 and February 19 - receive 75% back.
3. Cancel between February 20 and March 21 - receive 50% back.
4. Cancel between March 22 and April 4 - receive 25% back.
5. No reimbursements can be provided for cancellations after April 5.

Please bear in mind that the transaction fees (approximately 3,5% of the total) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. If the physical event is canceled by CIOPORA on or before January 15, all tickets will be reimbursed in full.
2. If the physical event is canceled by CIOPORA (e.g., due to a high number of ticket cancellations by the participants) after January 15, the registrants will be reimbursed according to points 2 - 5 above.
   
3. If the physical event is canceled due to force majeure, CIOPORA will refund all tickets in full.

Please bear in mind that the transaction fees (approximately 3,5% of the total) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.
