The CIOPORA Academy Workshop Madrid 2026

Dear CIOPORA Members and Guests,

We invite you to join us on October 5 in Madrid for a one-day CIOPORA Academy Workshop focused on Strategic Tools for Protecting & Maximizing Plant Innovation.

Tickets are available for CIOPORA Members at € 599 and for Guests at € 1,198. The online participation fee is € 499 for Members and € 998 for guests.

Please read carefully before registering:

The following conditions apply to cancellations of the CIOPORA Academy Workshop by participants:

1. All cancellation requests for the CIOPORA Academy Workshop tickets must be submitted in writing via email to katrin.huhnholz@ciopora.org. The date of the e-mail will be considered the date of cancellation.
2. For cancellations 45 or more days before the CIOPORA Academy Workshop's start, the amount paid will be reimbursed.
3. For cancellations within 30 calendar days before the CIOPORA Academy Workshop's start, 75% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
4. For cancellations within 14 calendar days before the CIOPORA Academy Workshop's start, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
5. For cancellations within 7 calendar days before the CIOPORA Academy Workshop's start, 25% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
6. For cancellations later than 7 days before the event starts, or no-shows, no refund will be given.
7. Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider (approximately 3,5% of the total) are non-refundable.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. In the event CIOPORA must cancel the CIOPORA Academy Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to issues with the venue, governmental requirements, or failure to meet the minimum number of participants, a full refund of registration fees will be offered to all registered participants. CIOPORA will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
2. If the CIOPORA Academy Workshop is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond CIOPORA’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions, refund policies will be determined at CIOPORA’s discretion based on the specific situation.
3. In such a case, no liability can be charged to CIOPORA for the event cancellation or postponement. CIOPORA will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
4. CIOPORA will inform participants without delay of any subsequent circumstances.
