This registration offers tickets for the accompanying persons of CIOPORA delegates.

Dear Friends of CIOPORA,

We invite you to join CIOPORA at the upcoming CIOPORA Annual General Meeting in Cologne on April 27.

A few important things to note about the AGM 2022 registration:

• This registration offers ticket packages to accompanying persons: in-person tickets for evening functions only.
  
• Please register one attendee at a time, providing only the attendee's information at the check-out.
• Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions that we'll ask you to accept in the registration process.

For other AGM ticket types (member, supporter, guest, and the CIOPORA Academy), AGM program and hotel reservations, please refer to our AGM WEBSITE (subject to updates).

The following conditions apply to cancellations of the in-person AGM tickets by participants:

1. Cancel before January 24 - receive full reimbursement.
2. Cancel between January 24 and February 11 - receive 40% back.
3. Cancel between February 11 and March 23 - receive 30% back.
4. No reimbursements can be provided for cancellations after March 23.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. If the physical event is cancelled by CIOPORA on or before January 24, all tickets will be reimbursed in full.
2. If the physical event is cancelled by CIOPORA (e.g., due to a high number of ticket cancellations by the participants) after January 24, the registrants will be reimbursed according to points 2 - 4 above.
   
3. If the physical event is cancelled due to force majeure, CIOPORA will refund all tickets in full.
