This registration offers tickets for individuals who are accompanying CIOPORA members to the event but are not themselves CIOPORA members, such as family or friends.

Dear Friends of CIOPORA,

We invite you to join CIOPORA at the upcoming CIOPORA Annual General Meeting in Alexandria (VA), USA from April 17 - April 20.

Ticket Details:

• The All-in Ticket includes all evening events from Monday to Thursday.
  If you don't want to take part in all evening events, you can also book them individually. Please select the ones you want to join in the registration process.
  
• Please register one attendee at a time, providing only the attendee's information at the check-out.
  
• Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions that we'll ask you to accept in the registration process.

The following conditions apply to cancellations of the AGM tickets by participants:

1. Cancel before January 17 - receive full reimbursement.
2. Cancel between January 18 and February 17 - receive 50% back.
3. Cancel between February 18 and March 17 - receive 25% back.
4. No reimbursements can be provided for cancellations after March 18.
   

Please bear in mind that the transaction fees (approximately 3% of the total) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. If the physical event is canceled by CIOPORA on or before January 17, all tickets will be reimbursed in full.
2. If the physical event is canceled by CIOPORA (e.g., due to a high number of ticket cancellations by the participants) after January 17, the registrants will be reimbursed according to points 2 - 4 above.
   
3. If the physical event is canceled due to force majeure, CIOPORA will refund all tickets in full.
