Dear Guests of CIOPORA,

We invite you to join CIOPORA at the upcoming CIOPORA Annual General Meeting in Alexandria (VA), USA from April 17 -20.

For the AGM program and hotel reservations, please refer to our AGM WEBSITE (subject to updates).

Ticket Details:

• This ticket includes the IP Enforcement Symposium (April 19) and the Public Conference (April 20), as well as the CIOPORA Networking Reception (April 20). Please refer to our CIOPORA AGM Agenda for more details.
• CIOPORA Guests are welcome to join the CIOPORA Academy and the subsequent CIOPORA Networking Reception on April 17. Click here for further information and registration.
  
• Accommodations are not included in the tickets and have to be booked by yourself. Please feel free to visit our website to find more information about the hotels and to book your accommodation.
  

The following conditions apply to cancellations of the AGM tickets by participants:

1. Cancel before January 17 - receive full reimbursement.
2. Cancel between January 18 and February 17 - receive 50% back.
3. Cancel between February 18 and March 17 - receive 25% back.
4. No reimbursements can be provided for cancellations after March 18.
   

Please bear in mind that the transaction fees (approximately 3% of the total) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

Reimbursements in case of the physical event cancellation:

1. If the physical event is canceled by CIOPORA on or before January 17, all tickets will be reimbursed in full.
2. If the physical event is canceled by CIOPORA (e.g., due to a high number of ticket cancellations by the participants) after January 17, the registrants will be reimbursed according to points 2 - 4 above.
   
3. If the physical event is canceled due to force majeure, CIOPORA will refund all tickets in full.
