STAGES with Lenny Beige — Songs on a Hot Summer's Night
Some songs only belong to summer. The warm night that won't end. The window left open. The feeling you want to hold on to a little longer.
These are those songs — and this is the night for them.
Love. Celebration. Longing. The whole season, sung. Lenny Beige gathers them up and brings them home on the 4th of July — expect fireworks, metaphorically speaking, and an evening built to make the feeling of summer last well past the final encore.
A summer salon, designed and built for one evening only. The standards you have known all your life. The classics you had half-forgotten you loved. And the kind of song that arrives once, unannounced, and follows you home still humming on the walk back.
Lenny Beige hosts, a quintet swinging behind him. And the first voice confirmed: Liane Carroll — one of the most celebrated singers in British jazz. The phrasing other singers study. The warmth that wins a room before the first chorus is finished.
This is STAGES at Circle & Star. One hot summer's night. Independence Day, fifty-five seats, and every song close enough to feel it breathe.
The first Lenny Beige since April. And the last until the Autumn.
So join us.
✨ Further guests to be announced.
