a slow sunday reset.

join us for four hours of movement, creativity and some offline time.

olivia will guide us through a one-hour yoga session, followed by a meditation to help us reset and settle in the same rhythm.

afterwards, we take some time to get to know each other and enjoy some healthy snacks and drinks before we start creating.

together, we will learn to make our own crochet bags or laptop cases — at our own pace, with guidance from anh along the way.
