ONLINE WORKSHOP - Design a Circular Business Model with a serious game

Designing in the XXIst century means anticipating the scarcity of resources, regenerating natural ecosystems, reconnecting with basic human needs of your customers, taking into consideration all steps of the value chain. 

To face these challenges, managers, business developers, innovation directors, designers, consultants must (re)think their design choices about materials, product and business priorities, suppliers and above all business models.

Circular Design offers a new lens: the systemic approach. The best way to adopt systems thinking and activate the Circular Economy is to play with the concept.

Circulab offers you a collaborative workshop to understand the Circular Economy through the design angle. In the 2 hours, you will play as a team to rethink a company’s current activity and make it evolve towards:

- sobriety of resources
- optimisation of use
- designing out waste
- regeneration of ecosystems
