Adult - ages 14 to 64
Concessions - Children (2 to 13), OAP's ( Over 65) , Carers, Registered disabled
under 2's free - (Do not require a tickets but must be sat upon an adults knee)

Tickets can be purchased online or at the venue - Ticket office onsite opens 1 hour before each show and customers can purchase tickets on the night or in advance for future shows.

PARKING INFORMATION - Street parking.
BLUE BADGE PARKING - permitted by the Big Top, arrange at the Ticket office when you arrive. Ground conditions permitting.

WHEELCHAIR space is very limited (Please read before booking)
(We have 2 wheelchair spaces per performance, these spaces fit 1 wheelchair + 1 carer in each) everybody else in the party would need to be seated directly behind and they would require Silver tickets.
**Wheelchair users are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. (any wheelchair users arriving later than 15 minutes before the start time, unfortunately can not be admitted)

ARRIVAL TIME:
Fast Track customers need to arrive 45 minutes prior to the show.
General ticket holders please arrive 30 minutes prior to the show.

FAST TRACK TICKET OPTION £3.50 EXTRA PER PERSON
Fast Track tickets allow you to enter the Big Top 45 minutes before the start of the show and 15 minutes before the main crowd to choose the best seats available within your tickets section.

PLEASE NOTE - If you do not arrive within the 15 minutes allocated time frame given for fast track ticket holders to enter, you will lose your fast track option and you will be allocated seating on what is available at your time of arrival.

On occasion Fast Track entry may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstance of live performances or weather conditions, on these occasions Fast Track ticket holders may be admitted later than stated but always before general ticket holders.

LICENCED BAR & REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE:
We are pleased to inform you that Circus Cortex offers a variety of alcoholic beverages for our guests aged 18 and over. Enjoy responsibly!
(Challenge 25 will be in effect) Hot and cold (non alcoholic) drinks are also available for purchase as are popcorn and candyfloss.

PAYMENT NOTICE:
Due to the remote locations of our circus, we often experience issues with our card reader. We kindly ask you to bring cash for your purchases. Thank you for your cooperation.
