Special Forces Shooting Fundamentals
Foundational Principles for Real-World Defensive Shooting
About This Class:
Most shooters want advanced skills.
- Faster reloads.
- More speed.
- Better accuracy.
- More complicated drills.
But elite performance is not built on tricks. It is built on fundamentals.
And most shooters, including experienced shooters, have weaknesses in their foundation they don’t even realize exist.
Whether you are newer to defensive shooting or have years of experience, this class is designed to identify the habits, inefficiencies, and performance gaps that either build or limit your capability.
This is not competition shooting. This is not standing still and punching holes in paper. This is practical defensive application, efficient weapon handling, consistency under pressure, and identifying the habits that either improve or limit your performance.
The same foundational principles used to build high-performing shooters in U.S. Army Special Forces are the same principles that create consistency, efficiency, and performance under stress.
No ego is allowed in this class.
- We are going to challenge assumptions.
- We are going to break down technique.
- We are going to examine why certain methods work better than others.
- We are going to refine the small details that separate acceptable performance from dependable performance.
If you are newer to defensive shooting, this course will help ensure your foundation is built correctly from the beginning.
If you are already an experienced shooter, this course will help identify the subtle inefficiencies and bad habits that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential.
This course is taught by Adam Smith, Green Beret, and focuses on practical performance, efficiency, accountability, and defensive shooting under realistic conditions.
