Light the North has captured the imagination of our friends, supporters and the public as our art trail appeared across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray, Orkney and Shetland.

Our 50 large lighthouses, designed and painted by professional, emerging and as yet undiscovered artists, have shone their lights across the north east for 10 weeks, encouraging people to explore and discover the region like never before. In addition to the main trail, a mini trail of little lighthouse sculptures have also been displayed across the region. Little Lights have been designed and painted by 75 schools, 10 community groups and 5 local artists.

After getting people outdoors, walking more and sharing their stories, all 50 lighthouse sculptures and 90 little lighthouse sculptures will come together for this special event, giving you one last chance to see all the sculptures together.

In order to ensure the safety of all our guests, this is a mostly outdoor event and tickets are available for timed slots. Each slot will allow you 90 minutes to take in all our sculptures and enjoy the atmosphere. Please dress appropriately and arrive no earlier than your designated slot time.

Note that only disabled parking will be available on site.  Nearby car parking is available at Kings Community Church, Bridge of Don Park and Ride or the Beach Esplanade.  The location is also accessible by bus - you can see available routes and plan your journey by clicking here.
