FULLY EXPRESSED - 8 Week Journey

Mon 12 Oct 2026 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM Second Story Studios, 3066

Would you love to experience deeper connections?

More confidence in sharing your voice?

Are you willing to be truly seen and heard in your authentic expression?

Fully Expressed is an intimate 8-week immersion for heart-led artists, performers, facilitators, teachers, coaches, creatives and entrepreneurs who are ready to discover what becomes possible when they bring their whole, wonderfully human selves into the room.

Because your most powerful expression isn't something you manufacture.

It's something you uncover.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

You know you have more to say, share, create or contribute, but sometimes find yourself holding back.

You want to feel more confident to share all parts of you when speaking, teaching, performing, presenting or relating.

You’re tired of second-guessing yourself, overthinking how you’re coming across or feeling like you need to get everything “right” before you can be fully seen.

You want to develop a deeper relationship with your voice, body, emotions and authentic expression.

You’re curious about merging creativity, self-awareness and genuine human connection.

And perhaps, underneath it all, you have a quiet knowing:

“There is more of me wanting to come through.”

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE FIXED.

It's about coming home to the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide, edit, silence or perform your way around.

The playful parts.
The powerful parts.
The vulnerable parts.
The sensual parts.
The strange parts.
The parts that are yearning to express.
The parts that have been waiting for permission.

Through a combination of creative and transformational practices, you'll be invited to explore what it means to express yourself with greater truth, freedom, presence and connection.

Not by forcing confidence.

But by developing the capacity to be present enough to let your authentic expression emerge.

THE FULLY EXPRESSED METHODOLOGY

A unique blend of creative, embodied and relational practices designed to help you access more of your authentic expression.

Including

MEISNER ACTING TECHNIQUE

A powerful range of practises used by many actors, singers, comedians and performance artists.

The Meisner Technique is about learning to respond truthfully in the moment rather than trying to manufacture a performance.

Through experiential exercises, you'll explore presence, listening, spontaneity, emotional truth and authentic response.

Because being compelling isn't about trying to be interesting.

It's about being genuinely available to what is happening.

EMBODIED STORYTELLING

Explore how movement, sensation, emotion, breath and physical presence can bring your stories to life in a way that is felt, not simply spoken.

Learn practical structures to bring more clarity, depth and electricity to your storytelling.

VOICE DIALOGUE & ARCHETYPE WORK

We all have a team of inner players

The protector.
The critic.
The people-pleaser.
The rebel.
The sensual one.
The perfectionist.
The diva.
The one who wants to hide.

Through Voice Dialogue and archetypal exploration, you'll work with these different inner voices and discover how to access more choice, integration and freedom in how you show up.

Not to get rid of parts of yourself.

But to give yourself access to more of who you are.

AUTHENTIC RELATING

Because authentic expression doesn't happen in isolation.

It happens in relationship.

With the people around us.
With the room we're in.
With what we're actually feeling.
With what we're afraid to say.
With what becomes possible when we stop trying to manage everyone's experience.

You'll explore practices that support deeper connection, honest communication, presence and the courage to be genuinely met by another person.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Hi, my name is Clare Elizabeth Dea.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked as a performer, facilitator and speaker, helping people elevate their expression and deepen their relationships.

Why am I so passionate about this work?

At 15, I discovered that I had developed only one breast. Growing up as a ballerina in leotards, I felt different, exposed and deeply ashamed of my body.

I wanted to be anyone but me.

So perhaps unsurprisingly, acting became a very appealing career choice.

Until I received my first review:

“She’s fake, forced and unbelievable.”

Ouch.

What hurt most was that, on some level, I knew it was true.

I wasn't just acting on stage.

I was hiding behind masks everywhere.

Then I discovered the Meisner Acting Technique.

And I learned something that changed the entire direction of my life:

Acting wasn't about becoming someone else.

It was about discovering how to be truthful and present under imaginary circumstances. The goal was to be authentic.

I moved to London to train full-time, then returned to Melbourne and founded Meisner Melbourne, where for six years I worked with performers and creatives to unlock their authentic expression on stage and screen.

But something unexpected happened.

It wasn't just actors who were drawn to the work.

Coaches.
Teachers.
Speakers.
Entrepreneurs.
Writers.
Real estate agents.
Facilitators.
People who simply wanted to feel more confident being themselves.

Because the desire to express ourselves authentically isn't limited to the stage.

It's a human desire.

And hilariously, while I was teaching authentic expression, I was still hiding a huge part of my own story.

Eventually, I knew I had to share publicly that I only developed one breast.

I closed my acting school and began touring Australia with my transformational musical comedy shows about body shame, self-acceptance and learning to love our imperfections.

I've now toured Australia twice, spoken to thousands of people, and recently published my bestselling memoir, Shame To Shine.

My work has always been about one question:

What becomes possible when we stop hiding and allow ourselves to be truly seen in our authentic expression?

Fully Expressed is the next evolution of that work.

A bringing together of the practices, insights and experiences that have shaped my life and career.

A space to explore not just how to perform, speak or present…

But how to live, work, create and relate as more of yourself.

Much needed work in today's digital world, where AI and filters are becoming the norm.

“What people really want is connection and authenticity and Clare really brings that with the way she speaks. I’d recommend Clare’s work to anyone who wants more expression in their lives, really stepping into their authenticity.”

— Miroslav Petrovic.

GUEST FACILITATOR - DAN CULLY

I’m delighted to be joined throughout the program by Dan Cully, a musician, facilitator and experienced Authentic Relating teacher who has been working in this space for the past five years.

Dan will be assisting throughout the immersion bringing his own perspective, practices and passion for genuine human connection.

Because I believe some of the most powerful learning happens when different perspectives, disciplines and humans come together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is an intimate, experiential journey.

Not a lecture series.
Not eight weeks of sitting quietly taking notes.
Not a space where you have to impress anyone and perform.

You'll be invited to participate, experiment, explore, play, reflect, connect and receive feedback.

There will be opportunities for:

  • Experiential creative practices
  • Embodied and vocal exploration
  • Meisner-inspired exercises
  • Authentic relating practices
  • Archetypal and inner-part exploration
  • Storytelling and personal expression
  • Individual feedback and witnessing
  • Honest conversations
  • Play, curiosity and creative discovery

And importantly, space to be seen.

Designed to be a supportive environment where you can explore your expression without needing to have it all figured out.

You do not need to be an actor.

You do not need to be “good” at performing.

You do not need to have a successful career on stage.

You simply need a willingness to show up and explore.

That said, professional performers, speakers and facilitators will get a lot from this course to take their career to the next level of excellence.

WHAT YOU MAY DISCOVER

Over the eight weeks, if you commit 100% to the journey you will experience:

More freedom in your expression
Less second-guessing. More access to your natural voice, body and presence.

Greater confidence being seen
Not confidence as a performance, but the grounded confidence that comes from feeling more at home in yourself.

Deeper connection with others
Learning how to listen, respond and relate with greater honesty and presence.

More access to your creativity
Moving beyond perfectionism and into curiosity, play and spontaneity.

A greater understanding of your inner world
Recognising the different parts of yourself that shape how you show up, and discovering more choice in how you respond.

A stronger sense of your authentic voice
In your work, your relationships, your creative expression and your life.

This isn't about becoming a finished product.

It's about becoming more available to the person you already are.

A FINAL INVITATION

You may have spent years learning how to be professional.

How to be impressive.

How to be successful.

How to hold it all together for everyone else.

But what if the next chapter isn't about adding another layer?

What if it's about removing one?

The layer of overthinking and control.
The layer of self-protection.
The layer of trying to be who you think people want you to be.

What if your voice doesn't need to become louder?

What if it simply needs to become more truthful?

What if your presence doesn't need to become more polished?

What if it needs to become more available?

And what if the parts of you you've been trying to hide are not the obstacles to your expression…

But the very places your most powerful expression is waiting to emerge?

I'd love to explore that with you.

Welcome to Fully Expressed.
