FAQs

When are tickets released?

Tickets for Clare Hall students, staff and fellows will be released on 1 March.

Non-Clare Hall Standard tickets will be released on 8 March.

Can I change the name of my tickets?

Yes. You can request a name change for your ticket(s) by emailing gsb.president@clarehall.cam.ac.uk and lkn24@cam.ac.uk, up to 1 week prior to the event (Friday 7 June 2024).

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be distributed to the email you provide when purchasing your ticket.

I have special dietary requirements, what shall I do?

Please fill out our dietary requirement questions following the purchase of your ticket, so that we are aware of your requirements before the ball.

A variety of food and drink options will be provided at the ball, including comprehensive vegetarian and vegan options.

What type of identification will I need?

ID cards, driving licences and passports are the only acceptable forms of identification.

When will doors open and close?

Doors will open at 6:30.

Last entry will be at 10:00.

What is the dress code?

As usual, Clare Hall encourages formal dress for the event, but will not enforce black tie. This year we also encourage you to bring your best Venetian mask.
