Supported by the beautiful surroundings of An Sanctóir, Ballydehob, this workshop is a perfect chance to prepare for the winter ahead as we cross the seasonal threshold of the Autumn equinox.

Over the course of an afternoon, participants will be guided through a series of writing prompts and gentle movement, while exploring the herbal medicine of autumn plants.

This will be a chance to slow down, listen inwards and connect with the themes and energy of the equinox. We’ll weave in poems, journaling, and some herbal wisdom as a way to relax, feel nourished

Guided by herbalist and yoga teacher, Jen Doran, and writer and creative mentor, Clare Mulvany.
