Family business leadership breakfast roundtable
Clarion and Redgrave invite you to a breakfast roundtable discussion exploring what the future board looks like for family-owned businesses.
Board composition, succession and senior recruitment are becoming more complex, and while finding high-quality leaders is difficult enough, finding people who can operate effectively within the culture, dynamics and long-term outlook of a family business add another layer.
The discussion will focus on how leaders are responding to a changing landscape shaped by economic pressure, policy change, shifting workforce expectations and technology.
How to recruit for resilience: leaders who navigate complexity and people challenges well
- Succession and leadership transition: the often-emotive question of developing from within or hiring externally
- Organisational design: whether current structures are fit for the future
We will also reflect on the broader context shaping these decisions, from policy and cost pressures to shifting workforce expectations and technology.
The roundtable will be chaired by Sarah Tahtamtani, Partner in Clarion’s Employment team, and David Angel, Managing Partner of Redgrave, bringing together a small group of family business leaders for an open discussion, shared experiences and exchange of practical insight.
