Team of a Lifetime

Torbay Weekly sports writer Dave Thomas has completed 56 years covering one football club - Torquay United. To celebrate this Dave is selecting his best team and manager of that period. That team will be announced at Plainmoor in the function suite on Friday 13th December at a special function starting at 7pm . We are expecting many of the members of the team or family representatives to be there along with the current personalities of Plainmoor.

The event will include : a champagne reception , a hot and cold buffet meal and great sporting history and discussion. There will also be a Quiz looking back at the club highlights over Dave's career.
