BUILDING EDUCATION SERIES 2026: The Real Cost of Energy

In our first session of the year, we will delve into the complex topic of determining the true cost of energy. Our speakers will offer insights from diverse perspectives, covering not only the economics of energy generation and transmission but also the expenses related to maintaining systems and equipment in commercial buildings. We will explore the scientific advantages and disadvantages of both traditional and renewable energy generation, supported by case study examples. Additionally, we will discuss recently passed Ohio policies and potential legislation that could transform the way energy is generated and used in the state.
