About the Speaker
Dr. Brian Fitzsimmons is a gynecologist practicing in Vancouver and a clinical professor in the department of obstetrics and gynaecology at UBC. His focus is on menopause and family planning and he is a director of the fellowship in family planning at UBC. He is also the medical director of the Elizabeth Bagshaw Clinic. Previously, he worked with a medical group, called “Healthcare for Humanity” doing gynecological surgery in Antigua Guatemala
