CLO100 Community Members Meet Up

CLO100 Members Meet-up: 3rd December, 2026

Join us for an afternoon of high-level collaboration and strategic insight...along with a little pre Christmas cheer, with our Community Partners at Insights!

The upcoming CLO100 members meet-up theme is The practical intersection of AI and workforce development, hosted at the stunning Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London.

As with all CLO100 events, it's designed to move beyond the hype and into actionable leadership practices you can apply back in your organisation

Agenda:
1:00pm | Arrivals - Refreshments (30 mins)

1:30pm | Introduction and Welcome (15 mins)

1:45pm: | The AI fire hydrant with keynote Erica Farmer (45 mins)

AI is accelerating work, but outdated workflows and approval processes are holding back its value.

This keynote challenges learning leaders to become ‘New World of Work Engineers’—moving beyond AI training to redesign how work happens. Using her AI Fire Hydrant™ analogy, Erica explores how systems thinking and intentional communication can tackle bottlenecks and help human capabilities evolve. You’ll leave with ‘Five Critical Questions’ to challenge outdated practices, spark urgent conversations and turn AI’s potential into business value.

2:30pm: | Panel Discussion - Exploring workforce readiness in an age of AI (45 mins)

3:15pm: | Networking Break (and book signing with Erica) (30 mins)

3:45pm: | Interactive session - Critical Thinking in the age of AI with the team at Insights (90 mins)

5:15 – 5:30 | Event wrap up

5:30 – 7:00 | Drinks, canapés and networking

Unwind and continue the conversation over drinks and light refreshments.
