We’re turning 6! Let's celebrate that with an uplifting event focused on real wellbeing when you’ve sober curious or alcohol-free?

This special session (recorded for the Alcohol Free Life podcast) brings together members of the Sober Club, wellbeing coaches, and sober curious trailblazers for an evening of powerful conversation and practical takeaways.

We will have experts on nutrition, mindset and special guest Sarah Holland, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) coach, will share a tapping routine to help us feel calm, clear and confident.
