I’m the UK Technical Sales Manager for Lallemand Brewing. With 8 years in production brewing, I now work with breweries to develop recipes, improve consistency, and explore new ideas. Lallemand is at the forefront of low/no alcohol beer production globally, with products like ISY Enhance and our LoNa yeast; used by Sierra Nevada in the US and trusted by UK breweries like Verdant, DEYA, and Northern Monk.
