The evening will begin with a special fireside chat with MOI's Head of Drinks, exploring how one of London's most stylish restaurants approaches alcohol-free hospitality. We'll discuss how exceptional alcohol-free choices are selected, how drinks are paired with food, what today's guests expect from a premium drinks programme, and why thoughtful alcohol-free options have become an essential part of modern hospitality.

MOI's drinks programme is curated with the same care and precision as its food. The restaurant's alcohol-free menu has been selected with the same attention to flavour, balance and occasion as every other part of the drinks list, ensuring guests have exceptional choices throughout the evening. Alongside MOI's own range, we'll be showcasing drinks from our exclusive dinner sponsor, which will be announced shortly. A cash bar will also be available for guests wishing to explore more of the venue's drinks offering.

Following the interview, guests will enjoy a feast of Japanese-inspired sharing dishes that celebrate live-fire cooking, exceptional British produce and meticulous craftsmanship. Expect dishes, vegertarian dna vegan opions too, that include Bluefin Tuna Tataki with Karashi Miso and Grapefruit, Duck Dumplings in rich broth, Wasabi Prawn Gyoza, Grilled Pork Belly with Fermented Pepper and Blueberry Mustard, Longhorn Beef Short Rib with Roscoff Onions and Pickled Daikon, Steamed Cod with Yuzu Sake Beurre Blanc, Miso Aubergine, Warm Brassica Salad, and MOI's acclaimed Miso and Okinawa Sugar Cheesecake.
