Refund Policy

After noon on November 15, 2024, there are no unconditional refunds. Up until that time, if you realize after you’ve paid that you won’t be able to make it, we’ll refund your payment minus a $50 fee. If you paid online, your refund could be processed almost immediately (as soon as we see your request to cancel). If you paid by check, it will take longer since we have to write a check and mail it to you. Transfers are available AFTER the refund cut off date. The man transferring IN pays CMG $50 and you whatever you two agree on. Registration@thecmg.org for questions or info.
