It is the intention of these two hours, in the evening session, to inspire participants with a strong basis of understanding that implementing regenerative practices in our lives, communities and food systems (via ecological stewardship and community engagement) will

• help build back biodiversity,
• improve food nutrient density,
• mitigate against negative effects of climate change,
• build resilience,
• improve our physical and mental health.
