Join us for a relaxed, uplifting two hour event combining menopause education, open conversation and movement in a safe, supportive and inclusive space.

Hosted by Carly, Certified Menopause Support Coach, and Kristy, Boostfit instructor, this session is designed to help you better understand what’s happening during perimenopause and menopause, while exploring how movement can support both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Whether you’re already experiencing changes, want to understand your body better, or simply want to feel more confident about navigating this stage of life, you are very welcome.

During the two hours, we’ll explore:

🌿 Understanding perimenopause and menopause – what’s happening, common signs and symptoms, and why every woman’s experience can look different.

💬 Open and supportive conversation – an opportunity to talk, share experiences and ask the questions you may not have had the chance to ask elsewhere.

🏋️‍♀️ Menopause & movement – why staying active and building strength can be so valuable during this stage of life, with practical ways to make movement work for you.

🎶 A fun, inclusive Boostfit movement session – A fitness class with a little bit of everything, from warming up, to stress busting (combat), boosting your mood in our aerobics style section, strengthening you physically and mentally, and finishing off with an osteopath developed stretch. This class is trauma informed and for all abilities, with options to suit all bodies, and confidence levels. No judgement, no pressure. No previous fitness experience needed... Come as you are and leave feeling BOOSTED.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of menopause, practical tools you can use in everyday life, a little more confidence around movement and because everyone loves a little treat...
