Join two psychological thriller authors for a fascinating conversation about their latest novels, M.A. Hunter’s The Teacher’s Pet and Alex Stone’s The Jealous Girl.

They’ll be talking about writing psychological suspense, creating compelling characters, finding inspiration and crafting the twists that keep readers turning the pages. The conversation will be followed by an audience Q&A, giving you the chance to put your own questions to the authors.

M.A. Hunter is the bestselling author of British psychological thrillers including The Teacher’s Pet and The Woman on Platform 8. He also writes as Stephen Edger, author of Snatched and Little Girl Gone. His complex, twist-driven stories have captivated readers since 2010, culminating in his milestone 30th novel, The New Mother, published by Boldwood Books.

Diagnosed as autistic with combined ADHD later in life, he speaks openly about how neurodivergent pattern recognition and hyperfocus influence his approach to storytelling and high-stakes suspense.

Alex Stone is a psychological thriller author based in Dorset, where the beautiful yet dramatic coastline provides the inspiration and setting for her gripping, character-driven novels.
