AS YOU LIKE IT: July 4 at 2 PM

Coast Shakespeare returns to the beautiful Rockwood Pavilion this summer with William Shakespeare’s beloved comedy As You Like It. Following the success of previous Coast Shakespeare productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream and Twelfth Night, this lively new staging promises romance, music, mistaken identities, and laughter beneath the summer sky — accompanied by a live orchestra and choir drawing on an evergreen repertoire of Renaissance music. Audiences will journey into the magical Forest of Arden, where exiles, fools, lovers, and disguised heroines discover freedom, friendship, and unexpected love. Performed by a talented local cast and accompanied by live Renaissance music from the Fairy Band, the production celebrates the spirit of community theatre on the Sunshine Coast. Performances take place in July at the Rockwood Pavilion in Sechelt. Tickets are available by donation, with a suggested donation of $20 per ticket, supporting the Bev Shaw Literacy Fund.
