- This event is organised by Cobalt Health Medical Charity and will take place indoors at the Elwes Building at the University of Gloucestershire, The Park Campus.
- Attendance is free; however, delegates are invited to make a voluntary donation (suggested £25) to support the charity.
- Donations are optional and not required to attend.
- If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your place at any time. Donations can be refunded upon request.
- If the event is cancelled (in full or part) due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds of donations will be available upon request.
