We're dedicating an afternoon to tea – and really good tea at that. Patrik Gertschen takes us on a little journey through Taiwan and China. He learned his craft in Kyoto and Berlin and has visited the producers on site countless times, tasting, talking shop and negotiating with them in person.

Together we'll make our way through five different teas, chat about their origins and character, and simply take the time to enjoy. No tea-jargon required – curiosity is all you need
