Coleridge Christmas Puddings

Let Coleridge Families take care of the Christmas puddings this year. The puddings are baked by Freshfield Bakery in the North of England. They're hand pressed, nicely packaged, and come with a Coleridge pudding label. Order yours by 22nd November for delivery week starting 14th December.

There are three scrumptious varieties to choose from:

The Ultimate Plum/Christmas Pudding - A 30-year-old recipe originating from Kendal, it's packed with luxury fruits and nuts with good sloshes of brandy and dry sherry. Rumour has it that this is the same recipe a premium London Food Retailer uses for their beautifully wrapped puddings. Either a large one (454g serving 4 people) or an individual portion (120g). 

Scrumptious Sticky Toffee Sponge Pudding - a classic rich recipe with sticky toffee sauce, a recipe from the Ultimate Plum Pudding Company (290g serves 3-4)

Luscious Lemon Sponge Pudding - a rich lemon sponge with a velvety lemon curd sauce (290g serves 3 to 4)
