The London Colombian Film Festival (LCFF 2026) invites you to its most prestigious night of the year: the Grand Opening Gala. This isn’t just a film screening; it is a once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomenon that bridges historical heritage with London’s contemporary creative energy.

To open our 14-day celebration of the "Diversity of Voices," we are honoring the 40th Anniversary of the Fundación Patrimonio Fílmico Colombiano with a breathtaking cinematic masterpiece: Alma Provinciana (1926).

Directed originally by Félix Joaquín Rodríguez, this silent film is a jewel of Latin American cinema. For this magnificent night, the film returns to the big screen completely restored and elevated by a LIVE music ensemble, with an original score composed by Maestro Adolfo Hernández at the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga and conducted by brilliant Colombian composer and conductor Eliana Echeverry.
