  Festival fun for the whole family: Valid for 2 adults attending with kids until age 12. At the Colibri Farm, we provide a dedicated space for little ones to play, explore, and thrive. Please note: This ticket is intended for parents or caregivers accompanying a child. Children must be present at check-in to validate the ticket. Entry will not be granted without a child.

General Info for Colibri Spirit Festival 2025

‍‍Each festival ticket includes full access to all festival activities for 7 days.
No pets are allowed in both venues.
Please note: We are a substance-free festival; smoking, alcohol, and other drugs are not allowed.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT

Camping: We are excited to offer camping this year - campsite is just a 3-minute walk from the festival grounds. You can buy an extended ticket to secure your festival ticket and a camping spot. Shared compost toilets and simple outdoor showers are provided. Please note that there is no electricity at the glamping area.

GLAMPING: Glamping is now available - only a few minutes walk to the festival ground. Our Glamping area offers a warm, elemental experience in beautifully styled tents. Shared compost toilets and simple outdoor showers are provided. Please note that there is no electricity at the glamping area. Each Glamping Tent includes: Comfortable bed with bedding, pillows, and blankets; Clothing rack; Cozy decor and layout reflecting natural elements. 

Shuttles: During the festival (21-27.06), we will be offering a free shuttle service for all guests. We are currently coordinating routes based on demand. Shuttles will run from Sidari, Afionas, Agios Georgios, Agios Stefanos, and neighboring villages, with drop-off close to the festival location. Please fill out this sign up form if you are planning to use the shuttle service.

SOUL SAUNA PASSES

Treat your body and mind to deep relaxation at our on-site festival sauna. 

Choose between a Day Pass (€20) or a Week Pass (€95) and enjoy up to four guided sauna rituals daily. Each ritual includes 15 minutes of heat, scent, and silence in our cozy 20m² sauna space.

Come sweat, unwind, and reset – spaces are limited per session, so come early to reserve your spot.

VALIDITY
The tickets include participation in the full program of COLIBRI SPIRIT FESTIVAL 2025.
Travel, food, drinks, and accommodation are not included in the festival ticket.
Camping/sleeping on the festival site is not allowed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation at the event is always at your own risk. We are only liable for such damages which have arisen to the user through grossly negligent or deliberate behaviour. COLIBRI SPIRIT FESTIVAL and the artists & facilitators assume no liability for accidents.
We recommend concluding a travel health insurance. Liability for damage and/or loss to and from brought objects is not accepted.

By purchasing a festival ticket, attendees agree to consent to being featured in any produced content from the event. You can contradict this by sending us an email to info@thecolibri.org
The registration for the event is considered as approval of our conditions of participation and allows the forwarding of further information relevant to the events to the e-mail address given at the registration.

CANCELLATION / REFUND

Please make sure you are fully able to attend before securing your spot.
Due to the nature of our festival, we are not able to offer any refunds.

Nobody books a festival to cancel it, but unexpected events do occur. Exceptions or discounts can not be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete, or for arriving late / leaving early.
You can sell/pass on your ticket, with your responsibility.

IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL

If we can not host the festival and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you have the option to receive either a 50% refund or you can get to transfer your ticket for the next festival.
However, we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

Please note that travel, cancellation, and health insurance are your responsibility. Furthermore, you participate at your risk and you must employ your judgment as to which this festival is appropriate for your level of overall physical fitness as well as mental stability. The festival guest is liable for loss and all damages which arise during the festival. You hereby expressly waive any and all claims - of whatever nature - against the Colibri Spirit Festival arising from damage, injury, or consequential damage that may occur in connection with participation in the festival.
