Resource/Community Partner Registration Bridge Lane Veneta

Welcome, Bridge Lane Resource & Community Partners!

We’re thrilled to have you join us for the Bridge Lane Veneta on Saturday, September 13th at the Veneta Harvest Festival from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Be part of a fun, welcoming community event that brings people together right in the heart of town. Our Bridge Lane events are all about meeting people where they are with plenty of lively activities, local pride, and connection.

As a resource/community partner, you’ll get a 6-foot table under our tented area to share your services and connect with festival-goers in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Bring your tablecloth, displays, handouts, and any interactive activities or giveaways you’d like!

This is a FREE opportunity to showcase your work, reach new people, and help build a stronger community all while enjoying the festival fun. We’ll provide printed passports for attendees, who’ll visit each table to collect stamps and enter our popular raffle.

A few notes for success:

• This event will begin at 11:00am! We will be open from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm to the attendees of the Veneta Harvest Festival. 

• Register your organization only ONCE, including all staff under one reservation. 

• Please ensure your organization's name is listed exactly as it should appear in print.

• If your organization requires multiple tables for different divisions, specify the number needed and how each should be labeled on the event map in the checkout form's setup section.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email closer to the event date with detailed information about load-in maps, parking, and event logistics.
