Each participating organization will be provided with ONE 6-foot table for FREE! 

• Please bring your own table covering
• Bring any materials you’d like to share (flyers, handouts, sign-up sheets, etc.)
• We also encourage engaging table activities or giveaways that help spark conversation.  Interactive elements tend to increase connections and engagement throughout the event.

TABLING COMMITMENT

***We ask that all participants table for the entire duration of the event 3pm - 6pm (load out will begin at 6pm) to ensure consistent access for attendees; any exceptions should be coordinated with event organizers prior to the event.***
