Resource Partner Registration : Bridge Lane Cottage Grove

WELCOME BRIDGE LANE TABLING PARTNERS!

We’re thrilled to have you join us for the Bridge Lane : Cottage Grove on Thursday, November 19 at Cottage Grove Armory from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

PLEASE READ THE BELOW DETAILS for registration/tabling success:

• Please register your organization only ONCE, unless your organization requires multiple tables for different divisions or services. 

  *If multiple tables are needed, register each division or service separately, listing both the organization name + the division/service name for each registration under Company/Organization (I.E. "Lane County, Workforce Division" and "Lane County, Resource Navigation Division") Upon arrival, you will provide your organization name + division/service name so staff can direct you to the correct table.

• Please ensure your organization's name is listed exactly as it should appear in print.

• Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email to the email you have provided as the Main Contact Email in the registration form followed by another email closer to the event date with additional detailed information about load-in, parking, and event logistics

TABLE DETAILS 

Each participating organization will be provided with ONE 6-foot table

• Please bring your own table covering
• Bring any materials you’d like to share (flyers, handouts, sign-up sheets, etc.)
• We also encourage engaging table activities or giveaways for high school students that help spark conversation. Interactive elements tend to increase connections and engagement throughout the event.

TABLING COMMITMENT

***We ask that all participants table for the entire duration of the event 3pm - 6pm (load out will begin at 6pm) to ensure consistent access for attendees; any exceptions should be coordinated with event organizers prior to the event.***
