An Hour in Chrysalis – Time, Tantra, and Telescopes: Artist talk with Hetal Chudasama

Join Time + Space artist Hetal Chudasama for an artist talk expanding on her research into Tantra and its non-linear dissection of time. Tantra is a philosophical tradition that considers the human body to be projected with the cosmos and connected to divine manifestations of energy and consciousness.

Related to these ideas, the talk will also delve into the City Observatory as a site for both human curiosity and human limitation – and the telescope as an encapsulation of this paradox. 

About the Time + Space 2026 Group Exhibition
Presenting new work in film, sculpture and site-specific printmaking and spread across both gallery spaces, this Time + Space group show showcases the work of four early career artists based in Scotland, Huss Al-Chokhdar, Hetal Chudasama, Gianni Esporas and Abi Lewis, who have been developing their practice with the support of Collective Gallery over the past year.
