Art of Relating: Cultivating Deeper Curiosity

A four-part workshop series for cultivating deeper presence and connection.

If you’ve ever felt like there’s more available in your relationships but you don’t quite know how to access it, this series is for you.

The Art of Relating is a series of four, hands-on trainings in the core skills that create depth, trust, and real connection. You’ll learn how to be more present, listen in a way that actually lands, follow curiosity that leads to aliveness, and uncover what really matters to someone beneath the surface.

Each workshop blends teaching with real-time practice, so you’re not just learning ideas, you’re building capacities you can immediately bring into your life, your work, and your relationships. This is especially valuable for therapists, coaches, and those who want to learn to facilitate powerful relational practices for others.

Workshop 3: Cultivating Deeper Curiosity

Connection starts with your ability to be with what’s actually happening inside you and between you and others.

In this workshop, you’ll develop the capacity for authentic curiosity and learn how to genuinely enter another person’s world. You’ll practice recognizing what’s most alive in a conversation and asking questions that invite depth, openness, and discovery rather than surface-level responses. The focus is on learning what kinds of questions create meaningful connection and how curiosity can transform the quality of your relationships.

Expect a mix of guided exercises and live practice designed to help you move beyond assumption and analysis into real exploration. You’ll learn how to follow what feels alive, stay engaged with the unknown, and create conversations that feel more dynamic, revealing, and connected.
