🔸7:30pm Door opens, settle in the space, fruits, snacks, socialize

🔸7:50pm Opening circle, welcome everyone. Blue lotus & damiana tea ceremony, set intention for the evening, feel our divinity, life force energy and interconnectedness. (micro-dose, slight relaxation, and euphoric feeling, around 20-30 min after drinking). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. 

🔸8:05pm Door closes. Create a safe container by consenting to playground guidelines

🔸8:10pm  We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, feel co-regulation, nourishment and connect deeper in presence, playfulness and love. (we rotate partners all the time unless you want to stick to a partner)

🔸9:15pm Open consensual playground to explore our connections, anything that is alive, contact dance, touch, massage, cuddle, blindfold, energetic s*x, sensual play, shibari, eye-gazing or meditate... 🤸💃🫦💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🧘‍♂️
we ask for permission and express boundaries, pantie stays on, everything else can take off

🔸12:15am Closing circle, share gratitude and appreciation for each other, share feedback and insights, feel the resonance and interconnectedness. Stay connected in our community group
you are free to leave a bit earlier if needed or welcome to stay a bit longer until around 2am

You love authentic heart connections, healing, intimacy, conscious touch, dance and play in a safe space and are comfortable exploring desires, fears, boundaries and can regulate emotions 😊 whether you are single or have (a) partner(s). any relating styles and s*xual orientation are welcome.

This is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice or have been to (neo)tantra, intimacy, cuddle, consent workshops or temple nights or similar

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and intoxicants-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 25-48
We are not discriminating against any gender or age, a balanced group helps us feel safe and comfortable

🥰 What to bring: water/tea bottle with a lid (for blue lotus tea); a big towel or sarong (for massage oil), a thick mat or soft fluffly blanket for laying;  (optional) snacks, fruits to feed each other; massage oil, nice pleasurable things like feather, silk, blindfold, massager, shibari rope ect
