🔸19:40 Door closes. set intention for the evening, together we drink blue lotus, damiana & cacao tea,  feel our divinity, life force energy and interconnectedness. (micro-dose, relaxing, heart-opening, euphoric and arousal, around 20-30 min after drinking, and it's optional). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness.

🔸19:55  We will play some 1-on-1 and small group exercises from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧, 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, feel co-regulation, nourishment and connect deeper in presence, playfulness and love. (we rotate partners during the exercises unless you want to stick to one)

This is for you if you have some form of embodiment (dance, yoga ect) practice and have been to one of: (neo)tantra, intimacy, cuddle, consent workshops, temple nights or ISTA, TNT, Osho inspired trainings or similar

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and sober (unless we intake natural plants like blue lotus together which is optional) so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 25-48
