🔸3pm Door opens, settle in the space, fruits, snacks, socialize

🔸3:20pm Door closes. Opening circle, welcome everyone. we drink magic blue lotus & damiana tea, feel our divinity, life force energy and interconnectedness. (tea is optional micro-dose, relaxing, heart-opening, euphoric and arousal, around 20-30 min after drinking, and it's optional). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness.

🔸3:30pm Create a safe container by consenting to playground guidelines

🔸3:35pm We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, feel co-regulation, nourishment and connect deeper in presence, playfulness and love. (we rotate partners all the time unless you want to stick to a partner)

You love authentic heart connections, healing, intimacy, conscious touch, dance and play in a safe space and are comfortable exploring desires, fears, boundaries and can regulate emotions 😊 whether you are single or have (a) partner(s). any relating styles and s*xual orientation are welcome.

This is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice or have been to one of: (neo)tantra, intimacy, cuddle, consent workshops, temple nights, play party or ISTA, TNT, Osho inspired trainings or similar, suitable for both beginners & advanced. 

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and sober (unless we intake natural plants like blue lotus together which is optional) so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is & not limited between 25-50
