🔸5:30pm Opening circle, welcome everyone. set intention for the evening, we drink blue lotus & damiana tea together, feel our divinity, life force energy and interconnectedness. (tea is optional, micro-dose, relaxing, heart-opening, euphoric and arousal, around 20-30 min after drinking). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. 

🔸5:40pm  Door closes. team introduction. Create a safe container by everyone consenting to a few guidelines

🔸5:45pm We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices, Learn powerful tools from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 to express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, feel pleasure, co-regulation & nourishment and connect deeper in presence, playfulness, sensuality and love.
