✔️ a fluffy blanket or yoga mat for laying if you have as we’re big group (we also have a lot mattresses)

🔸7:30pm Door opens, settle in the space, fruits, snacks, socialize

🔸7:50pm Opening circle, welcome everyone. set intention for the evening, we drink blue lotus, damiana, guarana tea together, feel our divinity, life force energy and interconnectedness. (micro-dose, relaxation, euphoric and arousal, around 20-30 min after drinking. optional). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness.

🔸8pm Door closes. Create a safe container by consenting to playground guidelines

🔸8:05pm We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, connect deeper in presence, co-regulation, playfulness, heart & juiciness. (we rotate partners all the time unless you want to stick to a partner)

This one we will take natural plants blue lotus & guarana together and it’s optional (not suggested for those who are preganant, on antidepressants or too sensitive to stimulants).
