Someday, Soon Book Release & Photography Exhibition

Join us during Belltown Art Walk for the book debut of Someday, Soon by Seattle based photographer Liv Carpenter exploring 3 years of collected works. The retrospective look at the photographer’s archive will be exhibited through large format prints paired with the artist’s contact sheets.

Photographic prints and copies of the book available for purchase with partial proceeds supporting CAM.

This event is free and open to the public. There will be a donation bar. 

Carpenter's work explores the growth found in limitations through shooting entirely on film. Inspired by the works of early surrealist artists, she blends traditional portraiture with funky scenes and color to create adventurous and exciting images. Her debut photo book titled “Someday, Soon” focuses on this exploration of work, while showcasing the hands-on process that comes with the medium.
