Do you have a pressing problem in your role or organisation that you don't have the time or resource to solve yourself?

Why not submit a problem to the H4MOD course where you partner with a university student team who work over 10 weeks to solve the problem in the form of an innovation sprint. In this course, talented university students learn and apply Lean Start-up methodology to rapidly validate your problem and develop viable solution ideas.

In this session, we will go over the H4MOD programme, including:

• Key features of the course

• The value of the course to Defence

• The roles and responsibilities of a Problem Sponsor

• How to think about problems in Defence

We finish by taking you through how to write a problem statement.

*To be a H4MOD Problem Sponsor, you must work in the UK Ministry of Defence, either as a Civil Servant or as part of the UK Armed Forces. Please register using your mod.gov email address.*
