Being Visible as a Black Woman
Tuesday 14 April | 6:30–7:30pm | Members Free / Non-members - £25
Visibility can be powerful — but it can also feel risky, exhausting or uncomfortable, especially as a Black woman navigating professional spaces.
This session is about choosing visibility on your own terms, without over-performing, shrinking yourself, or burning out.
In this webinar, we’ll explore:
- What visibility really means (beyond being loud or constantly ‘on’)
- The unspoken barriers Black women face around being seen and heard
- How to build confidence to share your voice, ideas and achievements
- Navigating self-doubt, imposter feelings and fear of judgement
- Practical ways to increase visibility that feel authentic and sustainable
This is a reflective, empowering space to rethink visibility as self-trust, clarity and choice — not pressure.
