Reflect, Share and Strengthen Your Impact

As part of the Inclusive Impact Lab e-learning programme, learners are invited to attend a live online learning session designed to support you as you apply the learning in your organisation.

These interactive sessions create space for participants to reflect on progress, share experiences, discuss implementation challenges, and learn from others who are also working to build more inclusive workplace cultures.

While the e-learning modules provide the knowledge and practical tools, these live sessions offer an opportunity to deepen the learning through conversation, peer insight, and real-world examples.

What to Expect

During the session we will:

• Reflect on key insights from the programme and how they are being applied in practice
• Share learner experiences, successes, and challenges
• Discuss common barriers to implementing inclusion initiatives
• Explore practical strategies and examples of what works
• Answer questions and provide additional guidance
• Connect with other inclusivity champions across organisations and sectors

The sessions are designed to be supportive, practical and collaborative, helping you strengthen your confidence and impact as you continue embedding inclusive practices within your organisation.

These sessions are open to Inclusive Impact Lab learners, including:

• DEI leads and practitioners
• HR, culture and people professionals
• ERG and inclusion group leaders
• Managers responsible for inclusion initiatives
• Anyone working to build a more inclusive workplace culture

Whether you are early in your implementation journey or already making progress, the sessions provide valuable space to reflect, learn and exchange ideas.

Session Dates (2026)

Please register for one session only.

All sessions run from 3:00pm – 4:30pm (UK time).

• Thursday 30 April 2026 
• Tuesday 30 June 2026 
• Wednesday 30 September 2026

Each session will cover similar themes, so learners only need to attend one date.
