Join us for the launch of the Navigating Crossroads Pathway 2026, a brand-new four-month development programme designed to support Black women in the London Borough of Ealing to build confidence, strengthen employability and create new opportunities.

This free LinkedIn Live session is your opportunity to learn more about the programme, meet the team behind it and discover what you can expect between September and December.

We'll introduce the programme theme, On Your Terms - The Fulfilment Shift, and explain how the Pathway has been designed to support women navigating career transitions, returning to work, building confidence or preparing for their next opportunity.
